An Introduction to Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

Psychedelic assisted therapy is a growing field in mental health treatment, offering promising results for individuals with treatment-resistant conditions such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Psychedelic substances such as psilocybin, MDMA, and ketamine have shown significant potential in helping patients overcome these conditions.

The use of psychedelic substances in a therapeutic setting is not a new concept, but recent advancements in scientific research and clinical studies have brought renewed attention to its potential benefits. Many studies have shown that psychedelic assisted therapy can be an effective treatment option for individuals who have not found success with traditional medication or therapy.

At our mental health clinic in Perinton, New York, we offer a comprehensive psychedelic assisted therapy program. Our program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to explore the therapeutic benefits of psychedelics under the guidance of trained professionals.

Our program includes a combination of individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, and integration therapy to help patients fully integrate their experiences and insights into their daily lives. We also offer education and training for mental health professionals interested in incorporating psychedelic assisted therapy into their practice.

Our goal is to provide a safe and effective treatment option for individuals struggling with mental health conditions and to continue to advance the field of psychedelic assisted therapy through ongoing research and education.
