About Us

WinWin4Life is a grassroots foundation that recognizes the growing suffering within our communities. We are committed to helping people and families who suffer from addiction, autoimmune disorders, and mental health issues related to stress and/or unresolved trauma.

WinWin4Life Inc. is a registered not-for-profit foundation incorporated in the state of New York. We support and collaborate with local community leaders in areas of individual and community transformation and the destigmatization of mental health problems. Our foundation has a planned renovation underway on our 6200 square foot community center in Perinton, NY, just outside of Rochester. The community center will be located on the same campus and in the same building as the region’s first psychedelic-assisted therapy center, where New Yorks finest pioneering therapists will successfully treat hundreds of people per year in our community.

Founders

Anthony and Gina Roides are the visionaries behind WinWin4Life, the first regional psychedelic-assisted therapy center located in Perinton, New York. After several years of their own healing journey, they committed themselves to having a positive impact on the lives of others and supporting them in their own paths of healing. They are extremely passionate and determined to bring together a network of pioneering mental health professionals and create the perfect space for them to practice while expanding access to this promising therapeutic as the FDA rescheduling and approvals come early in 2024.

After operating a family contracting business in Georgia for nine years, they relocated back to their home state of New York due to Hurricane Sandy in 2012. They moved their family back home to Rochester, New York, to be closer to the reconstruction zone where they worked.

Gina Falbo-Roides is an entrepreneur and professional from Rochester, New York, who is dedicated to serving her community. Gina is the mother of 5 beautiful children and owns and manages a local contracting company called Eco-Tec Sustainable Restoration Technologies while managing her household and the day-to-day office. Gina is also a Realtor for Howard Hanna in Fairport.

Before founding Eco-Tec, she was a local insurance agent that served the Rochester area for nearly 10 years. Seven years ago, she made a commitment to her own personal healing, and in this process, she learned what fuels her passions. Together with her husband of 22 years, she decided to create a lasting legacy for her family and community. A legacy that will have an enormous impact by creating and curating the first Non-Profit community center to collaborate for and support psychedelic-assisted therapy. She is dedicated to empowering women and assisting her community in healing through yoga, dance, exercise, and the healing power of psychedelic medicine.

Anthony, Gina’s husband, and father to their 5 children, is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in project management and serving his community through general contracting work and hurricane disaster relief. He has been working in New York State as a professional contractor and project manager for the past 11 years. Together as industry experts, they have served thousands of residential and commercial property owners as well as helped many start-ups by providing a network of highly trained professionals across the U.S.

Both began their journey to healing back in 2015 and have been passionate about creating a space to support the healing journey of others ever since. Beginning first with renovating and curating of a 77-acre private sanctuary in Canandaigua, Anthony and Gina have now begun focusing their efforts on supporting the destigmatization of psychedelics in the treatment of mental health, which has helped them in their own personal journeys. In March 2023, after two years of negotiations, they purchased a 2.5-acre campus in the Perinton-Victor area with plans to develop the area’s first psychedelic-assisted therapy center and Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) with the mission of providing safe and legal access to psychedelics for treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

They are currently assembling a team of pioneering therapists and clinicians who will collaborate to provide personalized treatment plans for each patient. They are actively seeking out partners who are interested in the realization of such an important community legacy. The Center will offer a range of services, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, MDMA-assisted psychotherapy, and psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy as FDA approves them all in the near future. Anthony and Gina’s entrepreneurial spirit has also led them to explore other business opportunities in the wellness space by developing plans for a wellness center located on the same campus. They are advocates for the therapeutic use of psychedelics and are committed to advancing the field of mental health through innovation and collaboration with community leaders.
